What you send us

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, service of interest, and a short description. A phone number and town are optional. We use the details you provide to respond to your request and discuss the work. An inquiry does not book an appointment or start a paid subscription.

How the form works

Requests are processed through our shared Code-Logic and Next Step Builders inquiry service, hosted through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. Email is sent through Resend to Administrator@code-logic.net. The form sends directly from the website; you do not need to open an email app or create an account.

We retain limited operational metadata to reduce spam, prevent duplicate sends, and troubleshoot delivery. This includes a request reference, delivery state, and a keyed hash derived from your network address. The inquiry text is sent by email and is not saved in the form’s operational database. Operational request metadata is eligible for cleanup after seven days; rate-limit counters expire within a day. Inquiry emails may remain in our business mailbox while needed to handle your request and related records.

Keep sensitive details out

Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, identity documents, private files, or other sensitive information through this initial form. If further information is needed, we will discuss an appropriate way to provide it.

Website tracking and artwork

This website does not include advertising trackers, a marketing analytics service, or third-party embedded media. Hosting providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. The computer and service illustrations are artwork, not photographs of customer projects or screenshots of customer accounts. Links in the Members Area open separate services with their own sign-in and account requirements. An account request does not automatically create an Active Directory account or activate a subscription.
